How to permanently delete your OtherHalf account and data

DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE APP
OtherHalf provides permanent account deletion inside the iOS app. Open Profile → Account → Delete Account, read the consequences, enter the confirmation word shown on screen, and confirm deletion. The request is processed immediately and signs the device out.
WHAT IS DELETED
• Your authentication account and login identities.
• Your profile, avatar, relationship membership, notification preferences, push token and account-linked settings.
• Journal records and private media authored by your account, including memories, plans, lists, notes, daily-question answers, time capsules and uploaded photos.
• Your personal access to the paired space.
WHAT MAY REMAIN
Content authored by your partner remains available to that partner. Deleting your account does not delete records that the other person created, and copies either person saved outside OtherHalf cannot be recalled.
If a pairing is ended instead of an account being deleted, the former shared space becomes a read-only archive for both former partners for 30 days. The scheduled purge then permanently removes that archive and its media.
Support requests may be retained without their account link for up to 24 months so earlier support conversations can be understood. Encrypted backup remnants may persist for up to 30 days before normal backup rotation removes them.
IF YOU CANNOT OPEN THE APP
Email oktayturkdagli@gmail.com from the address registered to your OtherHalf account. Include “OtherHalf account deletion” in the subject. We will verify account ownership before processing the request and respond within 30 days.
